Enumerating Maximal Independent Sets in Grid-like Graphs

I worked on this poster during the 2024 Iowa State University Mathematics REU. We will be presenting this poster during the 2025 Joint Mathematics Meetings, and are currently finishing a paper that will be finished at the beginning of the year.
